Congressman William Keating has been elected to the new 9th Congressional District, and is anxious to get to work for it's people.

Keating stopped in New Bedford Tuesday, greeting supporters. He says his number one priority is generating jobs, and in New Bedford he believes Cape Wind and the South Terminal Maritime Project will be a primary job generator
