Montigny Wants Info From D-E-P About Smith-Robinson Landfill

The privately owned Smith-Robinson landfill off Old Fall River Road in Dartmouth is back in the news. 

State Senator Mark Montigny has written the Mass. Department of Environmental Project, asking them to halt plans to truck contaminated soil from Boston to Dartmouth, in order to cap the Smith-Robinson landfill

Compunding Pharmacies Subject Of Mass. Senate Hearing

Compounding Pharmacies right from the start.  One such pharmacy, the New England Compounding Center of Framingham, is being blamed for producing a tainted steroid that officials say caused  a nationwide outbreak of fungal meningitis, and 44 deaths.  T
