One of the three bidders to develop an offshore wind farm south of Martha's Vineyard has narrowed down where they would manufacture turbines.

Mayor Jon Mitchell and representatives from Deepwater Wind announced plans to establish a significant construction and long-term operations center in the city on Friday.
