Operation Clean Sweep gets back to work this Saturday cleaning up Ward 5. This month's clean up is sponsored by Southcoast Hospitals Group and the Friends of Buttonwood Park.

Operation Clean Sweep is celebrating another successful year of beautifying New Bedford. About 50 volunteers and the Whaling City Clippers helped out Saturday morning for Clean Sweep's final event of the season in Ward Four.
