Whether you believe in the supernatural or not, everyone agrees there is an eerie, moaning sound emanating from the new World Trade Center in New York City on very windy days. From Fox News to videos posted on YouTube, people the world over are hearing the haunting sounds that some describe as a two tone chorus of wailing that is very chilling regardless of ones beliefs!
