Snow plows just aren't getting much rest lately, and tonight likely won't be an exception. The National Weather Service has issued a winter weather advisory that is in effect from 10 p.m. tonight until 7 a.m. Wednesday morning. Mitchell Declares Parking Ban Starting At MIdnight
