A 14-year-old boy accused of robbing a Fall River McDonald's restaurant at gunpoint and pistol whipping the manager will face charges as an adult.

Bristol District Attorney Sam Sutter said Friday that Joshua Burgos of Fall River was indicted on charges including armed robbery, assault and battery and firearms violations under the state's youthful offender law
