Marijuana Policy Project

A non-binding ballot question regarding the legalization of recreational marijuana has been proposed by State Senate President Stan Rosenberg.

A bill has been referred to the State Legislature's Joint Committee on the Judiciary that would make it legal for adults for grow marijuana and license stores that would then be able to sell it.
