Should the City of New Bedford set aside "taxpayer dollars" each year for the operation and maintenance of the Zeiterion Performing Arts Center?  The city is currently negotiating with "Z" representatives, and the City Council has recommended $150,000 to cover costs for the fiscal year that ends on June 30.  T
