A portrait of Mayor Kalisz, who served as Mayor for eight years from 1998 to 2006, was unveiled over the weekend during ceremonies at the downtown public library. Some 150 people gathered for the event, to catch a glimpse of the portrait that was painted by Deborah Macy. Mayor Kalisz said he was humbled by the honor.
