The New England Patriots have placed linebacker Jerod Mayo on injured reserve with a shoulder injury, ending his season.
Mayo, 29, was injured in Saturday's victory over the Kansas City

Its been a tough first couple of years in the league for Patriot defensive lineman Dominique Easley, in terms of health. The former 2014 first round pick saw his second season cut short today, as the team placed him on Season-Ending Injured Reserve with a thigh injury.
