A Brockton-based drug trafficker who killed a customer and tested heroin on trafficked women has been sentenced for his role in a large drug dealing organization.

The arrest was part of "Operation Cross Country XI," a nationwide sex trafficking sting cracking down on operations being run out of hotels, casinos, and truck stops.

Authorities are working to see if the discovery of apparent human remains in Bridgewater and Boston are connected.  Police say what appear to be human remains were found Wednesday burning inside a barrel in a wooded area of Bridgewater. ...
