Raft Overturns In Waters Off Fort Tabor, One Person Unresponsive

New Bedford Police and Fire units responded to Fort Tabor in the South End Sunday evening around 6pm  after a rubber inflatable raft capsized at the end of the a pier near the beach-area.

According to District Fire Chief Michael Dandurand, two males were onboard the raft when it overturned, and other boaters came to their rescue
