New Bedford Police are investigating several leads into an apparent kidnapping Thursday morning in the North End.  Det. Capt. Steve Vicente tells WBSM News, two dark-skinned men approached a woman leaving the Welby Park Estates on Phillips Road around 11am, and led her back inside the building.  A
