Has anyone else noticed how a video will automatically start playing once you scroll passed it on your Facebook newsfeed? Yea, that little change may be the reason you wanted to toss your phone bill out the window last month. Apparently there's a setting which allows the video to "autoplay" on your smartphone, and users risk maxing out their data plans until it's fixed...
