Marlene Pollock Defends New Bedford School Committee Amidst Deficit Talks

New Bedford School Committee member Marlene Pollock says the school department is working on becoming more transparent after bad business practices led to a multi-million dollar deficit.

Pollock appeared on WBSM's "Mid-Day Live" Friday, and says former business manager Deb Brown was largely responsible for putting the complex budgets together, and provided the School Committee with incomplete information
