A new audit has found that the vast majority of public schools in Massachusetts are complying with state regulations regarding school nutrition, physical education and measuring student body mass index. Monday's report from state Auditor Suzanne Bump's office, however, found some schools failed to report the body mass information to the state Department of Public Health or adopt policies for admin
