Wareham Police Investigating Fatal Crash

Wareham Police responded to a single vehicle accident this morning at 5:30 on Great Neck Road near Squaws Path.

They found an SUV that went off the road and struck a tree.

The sole occupant of the vehicle, identfied as 65-year-old Richard Daniel Goodchild of Wareham, was unresponsive at the scene and was taken to Tobey Hospital where he was pronounced dead
