The superintendent of Somerset schools sent out an urgent call to parents this morning regarding what appeared to be a potential abduction of a high school student from a bus stop in Somerset.
An alert New Bedford Public School student was quick to phone police this morning while waiting for the school bus.
According to Superintendent Pia Durkin's spokesperson, Jonathan Carvalho, police responded to the bus stop in the area of Sawyer and Reynolds Streets after the student reported an adult showing a knife at the stop...
