Violin Aboard Titanic Sold For $1.4 Million
A violin played to calm passengers aboard the Titanic is headed to a new home.
The instrument sold at auction in the U.K. this weekend for 900-thousand pounds, or one-point-four-million dollars. Auctioneer Alan Aldridge hailed the violin as the "rarest and most iconic" to survive the tragedy.
