After having a perfect day on Sunday and nailing a franchise-best 62-yard field goal in the New England Patriots' 33-8 win over the Oakland Raiders, Pats kicker Stephen Gostkowski has been named AFC Special Teams Player of the Week.

New England Patriots running back Dion Lewis made a splash on special teams, in the team's 41-16 win over the Denver Broncos on Sunday night, and now he's being rewarded for it.
