While a community mourns the murder of a 24-year-old Massachusetts teacher, details of the crime continue to get more disturbing.

A classmate of the 14-year-old murder suspect tells the "Boston Globe" Colleen Ritzer asked Philip Chism to stay after class on the day she was murdered.  The high school math teacher planned to help Chism prepare for an upcoming algebra test.

Now, the freshman is locked up without bail, accused of stabbing and slashing his teacher to death with a box cutter on Tuesday before going out to see a movie.

Ritzer's body was discovered Wednesday in a wooded area behind Danvers High School.  (Metro Networks Inc.)
