Suspect Apprehended In Credit Union Robbery

Fall River Police have arrested one of their Ten Most Wanted criminals.

Forty-six year old Michael Couto, a suspect in a recent bank robbery, was arraigned Thursday at the Fall River Justice Center on charges of armed robbery and larceny over $250.

Det. J-D Costa says Couto is alleged to have robbed the Fall River Municipal Credit Union on Robeson Street on November 25th.
