FREETOWN - Freetown Police are warning drivers and cyclists after storm drain covers in the town have gone missing.

On their Facebook page, Freetown Police say they received multiple reports Tuesday of missing storm drain covers in the area of Locust Street, Chipaway Road, Billy's Lane, and Slab Bridge Road.

Police believe the covers were stolen. Each cover weighs over 100 pounds.

Freetown Police warn drivers, cyclists, and pedestrians to use caution while utilizing roadways where storm drain covers may be missing.

Anyone with information on the missing covers, or to report a missing cover, is asked to call Freetown Police at 508-763-4017.
