Stolen Beagle Returned To Shelter

A couple accused of stealing a beagle from the MSPCA has been arrested. "Sophie" was returned to the Nevins Farm animal shelter in Methuen on Wednesday. The couple, who's in their 60's, were caught on surveillance video stealing the dog last weekend. Police aren't identifying the couple before they're arraigned.
