The State Department says Hillary Clinton did not comply with the agency's policies on e-mails and records.

A department inspector general report out today also blasts the Democratic presidential front runner and her top aides for not cooperating with the review of her e-mails.

Although the report does point out similar problems with previous secretaries of state, the inspector general says Clinton's exclusive use of a private e-mail server was more serious.

Clinton has always maintained that she was cooperating with the inspector general.  (Metro Networks Inc.)
