There's another exciting weekend of high school football in Greater New Bedford. Once again the threat of Triple E has changed the starting times of Friday night games. The big game in the Southcoast Conference features undefeated Wareham hosting Apponequet at 4 pm at Spillane Field. Unbeaten Old Rochester will host 1-1 New Bedford Voke Tech with a 5 pm kick off, and Dartmouth High School hosts tough Boston College High school at 7 pm.

On Saturday morning, win less Bishop Stang hosts East Bridgewater at 10 am. Two unbeaten teams square off in New Bedford as the Whalers host perennial powerhouse Duxbury in a 1 pm kick off at Walsh Field, winless Fairhaven hits the road to play Hull with a 1 pm kick off and Old Colony hits the road for Haverhill to play Keefe Tech at 1 pm.

In college football..it's homecoming weekend at U Mass Dartmouth as the Corsairs go for their first win of the season against Plymouth State in a 4 pm kick off.

In pro football, the Whaling City Clippers travel to Boston.
