Southcoast Hospitals Put Second Health Van On The Road

Southcoast Hospital Group has unveiled a second van to deliver health care services to the community. Hospital officials showed off the new van during a ceremony outside St. Lukes Hospital. The new van is equipped with a wheel-chair lift and two examination areas, and will stop in communities throughout the southcoast offering health screenings. Susan Oliveira is the team leader.

The original Southcoast Health Van will stay on the road, and be deployed for community blood drives. The new van will make its first stop this Saturday at Wareham Crossing on Cranberry Highway, from 10-4.
