DVD and iTunes sales of James Gandolfini's signature series "The Sopranos" have skyrocketed in the days following his sudden death. 

According to "The Hollywood Reporter," the first season of the HBO mob drama jumped from one-thousand-463 to number two on the iTunes sales chart, while the complete "Sopranos" DVD set is now the top-selling DVD on Amazon.

Gandolfini died last Wednesday of a heart attack while on vacation in Italy.  A funeral is scheduled to be held this Thursday in New York City.
