A man from Somerset was arrested for exposing himself at a park in Hanover.

According to Fox 25, “the case started when Hanover Police received a tip from a dog walker that a man was acting suspiciously, and perhaps not wearing any pants, along a trail by Forge Pond Park.”

Detectives mounted a camera along the path, which captured a man walking on two occasions naked from the waist down.

Two officers last week were hiding in the wooded area spotted the suspect, who was 60-year-old Allen Costa from Somerset. He was wearing a black coat with a t-shirt, gray sneakers, and no pants or underwear the lower half of his body.

When officers approached Costa, he didn't get down as ordered, so the officers had to pepper spray him to make the arrest.
