No more waiting in line to check-in or out of your Hilton Hotel! Hilton Worldwide announced " room selection and customization via mobile" is now in the hands of the traveler according to a press release from the hospitality chain. In fact, Hilton Worldwide will "give potential visitors the opportunity to pick their rooms and will share photos and floor plans to help customers make more informed decisions when booking," reports Outside.

When can travellers expect these digital changes to start? "Digital check-in and room selection will be available at more than 4,000 Hilton Worldwide properties by the end of this year," says USA Today. Furthermore, now I won't have to worry about where I put the room key because "smartphone key technology will also be available at the majority of Hilton Worldwide properties by the end of 2016," reports USA Today.
