A recent study out of the University of Utah has good news for those who don't have time to exercise.  Researchers found even short periods of physical activity can prevent weight gain as long as they are intense enough.

Small activities like taking stairs instead of the elevator or parking at the far end of a parking lot can keep weight down.

Fewer than five-percent of American adults get the 150 minutes of exercise per week recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
