Aaron Hernandez no longer plays football and he can't watch it either.

Published reports say that the former New England Patriots tight end asked permission to watch television at the Bristol County House of Corrections in Dartmouth, but Sheriff Thomas Hodgson said no.

Hodgson removed television from the county jail in Dartmouth after he took over as sheriff in 1997 and says he will not make any special arrangements for anyone.

Hernandez reportedly had no issue when he told his request had been denied.
