Shark Tournament Set For July 18 & 19 In New Bedford

New Bedfords North Atlantic Shark Tournament is set for July 18 & 19, this time starting at Pier 3 in New Bedford.

 The idea for this tournament came from the fishing community who lost the man who fought for fishermen's rights Steve James.  Steve fought tirelessly to protect the rights of fishermen and the new tournament looks to continue his efforts.
