Senator Chuck Schumer says teenagers could face a new danger. Schumer wants to keep a product called Palcohol from ever reaching store shelves. he says the powdered alcohol mix is dangerous because it can be mixed with water, sprinkled onto food and even snorted.Schumer says Palcohol could become “the Kool-Aid of teen binge drinking.”
