Senator Elizabeth Warren: Prosecute Big Banks

Senator Elizabeth Warren is blasting US Treasury officials for failing to pursue legal action against big banks.

At a Senate Banking Committee meeting, Warren said it's outrageous the mega-bank HSBC got off with paying a fine after laundering nearly a billion dollars in drug money. Earlier this week, Attorney General Eric Holder said banks involved in criminal enterprises are, quote, "too big to jail."
