Second Presidential Debate

President Obama and Republican challenger Mitt Romney met at New York's Hofstra University for the second of three scheduled debates. The President Obama says he can't believe Romney has a plan to get the economy moving again.

Romney says millions of Americans are struggling to get jobs.

The Two meet for their final debate on Monday where the topic will be foreign affairs.
