Nineteen year old Gerron Harper of Brockton was charged with being an accessory after the fact.  He was arraigned in New Bedford District Court on Friday and ordered held on $25,000 cash bail.  Prosecutors say Harper is accused of disposing of a cell phone that was used to "set up" Alves.

Alves was found by Police on Myrtle Street  on the early morning of January 16.  He had been shot multiple times and died at St. Luke's Hospital.

Arrested earlier was 27 year old Nicholas Gonzalez of Fairhaven.  He's also charged with accessory after the fact.  No one has yet been charged with Alves' murder
