Ok, so you had great seats for Frozen On Ice this weekend, but you just found out that the shows were postponed due to ANOTHER blizzard warning in our area. Obviously someone got Elsa mad recently (I blame McCready), but nothing we can do about that. You can, however, find alternatives to entertaining your little ones at home where they aren't in danger of disappearing under three feet of snow.

Today's Parent Magazine collected 20 ideas for you to keep the kids happy while being snowed in...again. The only catch is that their approach doesn't involve TVs or iPads. Completely screen free! So if you'd like to make the most of your quality family time, checkout their list HERE!

I personally think this game is appropriate for our current situation, but feel free to test out all the options:

"FREEZE! Choose some of your kids’ favourite tunes and turn up the volume. Ask them to dance until the music stops. When it does, they have to freeze in whatever position they find themselves in – even if they have one leg up. To make the game more challenging, ask the kids to freeze in specific poses: animals, shapes, letters or even yoga postures."
