A Massachusetts man is in serious trouble after returning to get the remote for a TV he had already stolen.

Miguel Suarez allegedly stole a flat-screen TV from a Salem aparment last Friday but went back to the place a few days later to get the remote control. Police say he knew the woman who lived in the aparment, in fact, he lived in the same complex and had even helped her set up the TV when she got it.

The woman says police went to his apartment and arrested him but not before he threw the stolen television out his window.
