Rumors Fly After Selena Gomez Tour Cancellation

Rumors are surfacing about Selena Gomez' health after the singer decided to cancel the Australian leg of her "Stars Dance" tour.

Someone claiming to be an insider has told gossip site Popdust.com that Selena is suffering from Lupus- an autoimmune, inflammatory disease that attacks the body's organs.

The pop stars reps have refused to comment on the matter, however.

The rumors popped up shortly after a tour-cancelling statement from Selena, who said she wanted to "spend time on herself in order to be the best person she can be."

Selena has been enjoying the holidays with her family, and even spent Friday in Las Vegas to be in the audience for Britney Spears' first show at Planet Hollywood.
