GOP presidential candidate Mitt Romney is taking President Obama to task over the massive national debt.

One day after the debt reached $16-trillion, Romney spoke with reporters in West Lebanon, New Hampshire pointing out the debt has swelled $6-trillion on Obama's watch. Romney is also taking issue with having 47-million Americans on food stamps.

The GOP candidate says in less than four years, Obama has added 15-million people to those rolls. The Agriculture Department reported Tuesday the number of people on food stamps is at a record 46-point-seven-million. Romney is in New Hampshire prepping for a series of presidential debates. The first debate is on October 3rd.
