A robbery suspect in Fall River was tracked down by the men he allegedly robbed, and held until police arrived.

The incident happened Friday about 10:30 p.m. outside Royal Pizza on North Main Street.

According to police, a man wearing a mask and armed with a handgun approached three men standing outside the store and demanded money. He threatened to shoot them if they called police.

After grabbing cash from one of the men, the robber ran off. The victims decided to follow the suspect in a car.

Police say the men caught the suspect at a nearby rotary and subdued him while calling Police.

Police say they recovered the mask, dark gloves and a handgun that turned out to be a replica BB pistol.

Twenty-five-year-old Quincy Sears of Fall River suffered injuries during the scuffle and was taken to a nearby hospital.

Police say he's facing charges of armed robbery while masked, three counts of assault with a dangerous weapon and intimidation of a witness.
