Trader Danny might just be set to make his best move yet.

According to Shams Charania of The Vertical, the C's and Clevleand are on the brink of a blockbuster deal including disgruntled Cav Kyrie Irving and diminutive star Isaiah Thomas.

deal is also expected to include veteran swing man Jae Crowder, young international prospect Ante Zizic and draft picks heading to Cleveland.

Irving had demanded a trade from Cleveland in late July and the team had been actively shopping the star point guard, since he had an apparent falling out with superstar Lebron James.

If the deal gets done and the C's get to hang onto Tatum, it might go down as one of the biggest steals in NBA history.

Bringing in a talent that of Irving for Thomas, who though the fan base loves him is not a key guy to build a true long-term contender around, Crowder, who was seemingly on the outside looking in in terms of minutes with the overflow of swing men on the team and Zizic, who hasn't been in the league yet and has looked raw in summer league play, would be an all-time steal.

Even adding in the draft pick, which are unproven assets, doesn't damper what a win this deal would be for the C's. Not only would having Irving boost Boston, but it would also directly weaken the team's biggest Eastern Conference opponent.
