Red Sox announcer Jerry Remy has sent his best wishes to the team via Twitter.

On the eve of the American League playoffs, Remy said he'll be pulling for the Sox the whole way. The commentator stepped down for the season after his son was charged with murder in the stabbing death of his girlfriend.
