TAUNTON, Mass. (AP) — A Rehoboth man has been arraigned on charges he allegedly drove drunk and fatally struck a Seekonk motorcyclist.

Forty-year-old Jeffery Fisk Jr. appeared in court Monday in Taunton on charges of motor vehicle homicide and a misdemeanor count of operating under the influence of alcohol. A not-guilty plea was automatically entered. Bail was set at $50,000 cash.

Police say 62-year-old Anthony Kishfy was killed Saturday after his motorcycle was hit head-on by a truck driven by Fisk. Authorities say officers found Kishfy lying unresponsive in the road. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Fisk's attorney says his client tried to get help after the crash. He also argued that no field sobriety test, breath test or blood test was performed.

A pre-trial hearing is set for July 26.
