Jacoby Ellsbury,Dustin Pedroia and Jarrod Saltalamacchia all homered to lead the Red Sox over Seattle 8 to 2 last night. Game two of the three-game series is tonight. WBSM pregame time is 6:25pm.

The Red Sox picked up pitcher Jake Peavey from Chicago in a three-team deal with Detroit. Boston also gets reliever Bryan Villareal from the Tigers while sending shortstop Jose Iglesias to Detroit and three prospects to Chicago.
