The Boston Red Sox held on for a 4-3 win over the Detroit Tigers in Game 5 of the ALCS and are one win away from the World Series.  Mike Napoli homered as the Soxed jumped out to a 4-0 lead and held on for the win.  Jacoby Ellsbury and David Ross also drove in a run each for the Sox, who can close out the best-of-seven series with a win in Game Six on Saturday at Fenway Park.  Game time depends on the outcome of the St. Louis, LA series.
