Plastic toys and organic matcha vanilla oats are two products that have been recalled this week.

According to WPRI 12, the Manhattan Toy Company is recalling approximately 14,000 Winkel Color Burst activity toys because the plastic tubing on the toy can break into pieces, causing a choking hazard.

Also, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) announced that Blue Marble is voluntarily recalling "Woodstock Organic Matcha Vanilla Oats" because the oats could possibly be contaminated with listeria.

So far, no illnesses have been reported, but the company is recalling the oats out of an abundance of caution.

The affected items have a sell-by date of May 2018. The oats are packed in a 1.8 oz. cup with a green film lid and a UPC code of 0-42563-01786-6. Customers who purchased the product should throw it away and take the receipt to the place of purchase for a refund.
