Bog Iron Brewing is hosting it's fourth annual Bog Iron 0.0K Road Race this summer to raise money for charity.

The "race" will take place June 11th at Lake Pearl in Wrenthem and is the brewery's annual charity fundraiser, with all proceeds being donated to the Joe Andruzzi Foundation which supports families battling cancer.

"The Zero," as it's called, includes a cookout, live music, a cornhole tournament, pints of beer and more. Joining Bog Iron this year will also be local breweries 10th District Brewing Co. and Black Hat Brew Works.

Most importantly, runners should come prepared for the treacherous 0.0 kilometer course.

"Last year we broke the course record and ran absolutely no where in 11 minutes and 28 seconds. We're hoping to run absolutely no where even faster this year," Bog Iron said on their Facebook page.

Everybody that signs up gets a t-shirt, racing bib and (if they finish) a first-place medal.
